We are looking for Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Databricks platforms on AWS
- Provision and configure required AWS infrastructure components for Databricks environments
- Support the migration of an on-premise data marketplace platform to AWS Databricks
- Configure and manage:
- Networking
- Security
- Storage integrations
- Access management
- Work closely with data engineers and architects to ensure stable and scalable platform operations
- Provide ongoing platform support and operational management of the Databricks environment
- Contribute to platform automation and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues
Required Experience
Experience with the following is highly valuable:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in platform deployment and management on cloud
- AWS cloud infrastructure
- Databricks platform deployment and management
- Cloud networking concepts (VPC, security groups, IAM)
- Storage systems such as S3
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar)
- Linux-based environments
- Monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure or multi-cloud environments
- Experience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud
- Knowledge of data engineering platforms or modern data stack
- CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure or platform deployment
