JOB DESCRIPTION

• In order to ensure customer satisfaction, determining the quality targets of products, semi products, and raw materials, managing stock movements in silos and in the field, calibrating online-analysis devices for accurate measurement.

• To monitor the maintenance and calibration of all laboratory devices in order to maintain the accuracy of analyses. Train and supervise all personnel to ensure that the analysis methods, starting from sampling process are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards.

• To track the change and stability of product quality over time by statistical evaluation of all quality data such as laboratory, test results and calibration measurements.

• To ensure that occupational health and safety measures are included in the planning in all activities carried out in the area of ??responsibility and to increase the awareness of employees on occupational health and safety.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor for one of our group companies, Nuh Çimento, who

• has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering,

• has fluent written and spoken communication skills in English,

• resides/will be residing in Kocaeli or Asian side of Istanbul,

• has at least 7 years of work experience in the cement industry, and is experienced in team management,

• is able to use SAP, QDMS and MS Office programs at an advanced level,

• has a high awareness of occupational health and safety, and has a good command of legal regulations,

• developed planning, reporting and analytical thinking skills,

• preferably has a class B license and is able to drive actively,

• is able to adapt to dynamic and intense pace of work,

• has advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
