The NXT GROUP is an international market expansion service provider and for our division NXT TRADE and it’s an office in Istanbul we are looking for a passionate, go-getter candidate who has a solid experience in industrial equipment, spare parts, and performance material sales within the Indian market.
NXT Trade is an excellent opportunity to start a solid long-term career within an ambitious company. To be considered for the position, you must have a minimum of two to three years of experience in Turkey Accounting.
Position Title: Finance & Administration Specialist
Experience: Experience in Finance ideally in the Turkey market.
Your responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, inventory, receivables, and payables.
Must have experience in day-to-day accounting.
Responsibility for ensuring that sales and purchase invoices, e-bills, credit, and debit
notes are processed promptly and accurately.
Responsibility for the current accounts’ bank reconciliations on a monthly basis. This
involves processing all the transactions that are processed in the bank account.
Support, and actively participate, in running internal and external processes.
Ledger reconciliations, payable and receivable reconciliations, weekly reporting of payables and receivables.
Client Coordination
Supporting international clients
Experience in logistic operations
Experience in Import & Export, custom clearances.
Coordinate office administrative needs
Your experience & skills
2 to 3 years of experience in accounting
Proven experience as a Financial and Administrator
University degree in Economics, Business Administration
Excellent knowledge of accounting software, ERP.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
Fluent in English.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Accounting skills
Service oriented
Proactive
Multi Thinking with Multi-tasking abilities
Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
