QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What is the role?

We are looking for an International Customer Support Specialist to take part of our Istanbul Kavacık office.

 

What you’ll be responsible:

·         Developing relationships with international customers, answering their questions via e-mail, phone and helpdesk application,

·         Communicating requests which comes through international customers to the relevant departments,

·         Providing the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution,

·         Becoming an expert in all products and take advantage of opportunities for continuous learning,

·         Providing ideas, suggestions to promote process and quality improvements,

·         Provide application support for our products

 

We are looking for a passionate talent who has;

·                University degree in a related field preferably Computer Programs, Mathematics, Electrical, and Electronics or Computer Engineering),

·         Min 3 years of working experience

·         Customer-oriented with strong communication skills

·         Good command of both written and spoken English is a must

·         Basic database, SQL and Linux knowledge

·         RABBITMQ, MONGO, REDIS knowledge is plus

·         Ability to learn quickly and think creatively

·         Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment

·         Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required

·         Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable

·         No travel restrictions

·         Willingness to works shift pattern essential and occasionally work weekends
