With its XML and API service, Odeonbeds makes it easier for its guests to book hotels by enabling sales agencies and tour operators to integrate their hotel inventory with their own reservation systems with the help of its advanced technological infrastructure.
We are looking for a "Reservation Specialist" following qualifications;
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Tourism Management or Business Administration,
- Excellent command of English,
- Having a minimum of 3 years travel agency or hotel experience in the field of reservation,
- Having knowledge of using package programs related to tourism is a plus,
- Problem solving, questioning, research skills,
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills,
- Developed analytical thinking, planning, reporting skills,
- Open to self-development,
- Responsible for task follow-up,
- Successful in human relations, prone to teamwork,
- Strong written and verbal communication,
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities;
- Process reservations for hotels, accommodations, and related services using the company’s reservation system.
- Verify and confirm bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with partner requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients regarding inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and chat communications, addressing client concerns promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all bookings, changes, and cancellations in the reservation system.
- Ensure that all pricing, availability, and promotional information is current and accurately reflected.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during the booking process, working closely with hotels and internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Generate and analyze reports related to booking trends, client activity, and service performance.
- Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in the reservation process.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and support.
