Compensation and Benefits Manager

 We are looking for a " Compensation&Benefits Manager " for our international client which is located in İstanbul.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, master’s degree a plus, 

• At least 5 years experience in managing compensation & benefits programmes, ( Experience in 5 TMEA countries is a plus),

• Proven ability to provide insights and recommendations on all aspects of compensation & benefits, 

• Highly numerate, ability to interpret data and assess cost implications, 

• Technically competent and proficient in computer applications in respect of generating and interpreting data/reports, 

 • Experience of supporting a multi-country/regional organisation with knowledge of international benefits preferred, 

• The role holder will work very closely with all of the local Human Resources Departments across the TMEA Cluster and the Global Compensation & Benefits Team. 

Responsibilities;

 • The annual budgeting process for TMEA countries,

 • The analysis of market benchmark data and reward practices, 

 • The development of salary structures and salary administration guidelines, 

 • Management of the total cash review for the TMEA executive population, 

• The coordination of global programmes (MIP, LTIP, etc.), 

• The annual review of the countries’ sales bonuses and other incentive programmes, 

 • The design, review, approval and administration of bonus and benefits programmes’ proposals, 

• The programmes’ competitiveness will be assessed, 

• Builds the compensation package for executive recruits and executive promotions, 

• Builds the compensation package for expatriates and monitors assignments’ changes. Manages relationships with vendors (E&Y) and brokers across the region.
