JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for organizing budget/MTP/strategy process and their integration into OMV systems,
• Responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly reports, forecasts/budget/MTP/strategy and their integration into OMV systems
• Responsible for full IFRS and TCC conformity of all financial statements of OMV G&P companies in Turkey.
• Responsible for cash flow/net working capital planning/forecasting and reporting and their integration into OMV systems
• Identify the Main Performance Indicators and establish the reporting standards in accordance with OMV standards.
• Proactively challenge cost positions and projects in order to drive/improve financial performance of the OMV G&P companies in TR
• Responsible to develop and implement OMV group-wide Controlling and Reporting processes and standards in OMV TR group companies. 
• Perform a proactive controlling to support the Head of Finance in managing the OMV TR group companies by timely and target-oriented information
• Preparing required regular and ad hoc reports.
• Performing all controlling related tasks in SAP (Maintenance and management of the CO module and the project system module) in OMV TR group companies
• Supporting future SAP projects to assure CO implementation in line with required reporting needs
• Control the costs and investments of G&P TR, assess the investments to be made in new business areas, ensure effective and efficient use of the company resources in line with the objectives set by the Board of Directors, the company strategy and changing economic conditions
• Ensure that all Controlling related deadlines from the OMV Group are met;
• Performing the Impairment calculations and valuations of OMV TR group companies
• Responsible for implementing minimum control requirements for end2end processes based on the Annual Internal Control and Management System program schedule by supporting and directing businesses and support function's process owners
• Support OMV Central Internal Control System team for identification of minimum control requirements of end2end processes
• Review spot checks on the controls defined in the minimum requirements, and report spot checks results and propose to process owners actions to mitigate the risks and follow up on remediation actions.
• Contribute to the business in defining procedures and standards in order to manage the establishment of a control environment for new activities and processes
• Initiate all steps, that are necessary in order to achieve defined project targets, plans and activities. This includes the initiation, the decision how to proceed as well as control of results and the fact of partly or complete delegation to other functions;
• Leading the of IFRS and Controlling expert and ensure professional development of direct report and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years & international experience 5 years of leadership experience 
• Excellent command of Budgeting & Financial reporting techniques as well as IFRS
• Excellent IT skills (SAP, HFM, TM1 and MS Office applications)
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good Market/Business Knowledge;
