We are looking for new team members to join our dynamic Import team based in Istanbul, Turkey.

· No restrictions for international travels

· 2 years of experience in the Import-Export process

· Fluent English language (verbal and written ) / An extra language would be a key asset.

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated and initiative taker

· Pro-active approach, positive towards challenges

· Dedicated and supportive, highly work motivation

· Ability to follow a Project from start to end

· Strong time management skills and prioritization skills

· Advanced user of MS Office application, Autocad & SolidWorks

JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be joining an international team based in Istanbul-Avrupa, Turkey. Responsible for the Import and Export organization, the new team member will be operating the following tasks and missions.

· Logistic support to existing customers

· Submit quotations & proposals and terms & conditions to clients

· Being in coordination with supervisors and staff to meet customer and client expectations

· Regular reports on stock numbers to create orders.

· Participation to international fairs and events around the world when required

· Conduct marketing studies and benchmark surveys to determine market needs and to monitor customer satisfaction.
