We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing & Logistics Specialist to manage procurement activities and coordinate logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, supplier management, inventory control, transportation, and international logistics.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where procurement and supply chain efficiency directly contribute to business success.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotation requests, supplier selection, and purchase order issuance.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services required by internal departments.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement documentation.

Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage import and export activities, customs clearance processes, and related documentation.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or logistics issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with finance, warehouse, operations, sales, and project teams.
  • Prepare procurement and logistics reports, KPIs, and performance analyses.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in international procurement and logistics coordination.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent.
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, engineering or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international trade practices.
  • Experience with supplier performance management and logistics KPIs.
  • Knowledge of quality management standards and compliance requirements.
