We are one of the most innovative companies in the field of specialty raw materials, distributing exclusively leading global manufacturers of ingredients, designed, patented, produced and addressed to the Industry of Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Food Supplements and Detergents. 

We are actively looking to enrich our scientific team (based in Istanbul) with an efficient, consistent and creativeR&D manager, sharing our high passion for fragrances and raw materials and a strong interest in product development.

Job’s Requirements:

·        Deep knowledge of the ingredients used for the Personal Care / Fragrance Industry

·        Developing efficiently formulas, by exploiting the appropriate combinations of raw materials from our portfolio, in order to create competitive products according to the client’s needs and criteria

·        Developing proactive formulations aiming to assist the promotion and sales, with extra focus on our fragrance portfolio

·        Organizing, overseeing and prioritizing the relevant procedures required for the creation of final products

·        Performing stability tests, and further laboratory procedures 

·        Preparing appealing summary presentations based on the materials characteristics and benefits, for marketing & sales department

·        Participating in sales meetings and assisting the sales team by communicating the technical product requirements and the benefits of the formulations created

Main qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Cosmetology / Biology / Pharmaceuticals

·        Master’s Degree in related field will be appreciated

·        Prior experience from 2-5 years in a laboratory environment, preferably in the field of cosmetics – personal care/pharmaceuticals industry (mid senior level)

·        Preferably fragrance industry experience (FMCG, flavors, chemicals, ingredients)

·        Ability to prioritize tasks assigned and complete them with success

·        Fluency in English, both written and oral

·        Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge

·        Military Obligations completed (for men)

·         Strong Communication and organization skills
