For one of our multinational client, who operates at the cosmetic sector,we are looking  for an IT Support Specialist ;

Qualifications:

• IT or similar education
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with PC Hardware and Software, Knowledge in Mac HW and SW is advantage
• An analytical approach to work
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation and discipline

Job Description :

We are looking for a competent workplace support specialist to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems and local network. An excellent workplace support specialist must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.

Main responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications (Microsoft and Mac iOS, MS O365)
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
• Following up with users and next level of support to ensure full resolution of issues
• Analyzing logs to spot trends and underlying issues
• Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new
