Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Incentive Specialist to manage and implement incentive and support mechanisms such as the European Union's Horizon programs and TÜBİTAK's TEYDEB projects in our company's R&D and innovation activities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incentive programs, tracking application processes, evaluating project eligibility, and effectively utilizing incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, organize internal R&D reports, and facilitate communication between company departments (HR, Finance, R&D), serving as the contact point for the Ministry of Science in compliance with Law 5746.
• Create and report on funded projects, manage projects, and liaise with TÜBİTAK.
• Identify and implement suitable incentive and support mechanisms for the European Union's Horizon post-2020 programs, TÜBİTAK's TEYDEB projects, and KOSGEB.
• Manage the eligibility processes of existing projects, make necessary adjustments, and report progress.
• Develop and implement incentive strategies to support R&D and innovation activities.
• Establish effective communication and collaboration with relevant incentive and support organizations.
• Oversee the Ministry of Commerce's support items and application stages.
