IT Contract and Supplier Relationship Manager

The job

We are looking for a senior and experienced IT Contract and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) specialist to join our Procurement Team.

Reporting directly to the Vendor Management Director, you will as a Contract & SRM Manager be responsible for managing our largest IT suppliers with a focus on minimizing our costs, ensuring compliance to contract, mitigating risk, optimizing processes and enhancing the quality of services delivered by our suppliers to our organization in alignment with our Functional and Business stakeholder’s priorities. Additionally, you will have the responsibility for maintaining, developing and implementing our Supplier Relationship Management program which will include 3rd party risk management.

The position will require that you build strong relationships with internal cross functional teams and use your skills to influence supplier relationships and utilize your effective negotiation and influencing skills to maximize the value in supplier contracts and relationships.

Position will be based in Antalya

Responsibilities

Contract Management

·       Ensure continuous development & execution of the supplier Governance models for the applicable suppliers

·       Support the IT function with advice on contractual implications of proposed technical strategies and changes

·       Represent Odeon Software and Technology in Group discussions concerning the development of the overall contractual relationship with common suppliers

·       Support IT teams with key supplier relationships

·       Monitor and manage IT vendor performance by use of SLA, KPI and evaluation metrics

·       Drive ongoing cost optimization across vendors

·       Drive negotiations with vendors, resolve conflicts and manage contract lifecycle

·       Collaborate with IT and Legal for new tenders and contract changes

·       Work with IT function for strategic and/or contractual vendor reviews

Supplier Relationship Management

·       Refine and implement an SRM strategy that at a minimum aligns with market best practice

·       Report performance and governance statistics on an agreed basis

·       Support and develop the Supplier Risk Management program to ensure that 3rd party risk is understood and managed according to RSA risk appetite

·       Ensure focus on building long term partnerships and in particular driving supplier enabled innovation

Personal And Professional Qualifications

·       Strong experience in dealing with and building relations with major stakeholders and strategically important suppliers, including experience of managing major outsourced contractual relationships

·       Experience of working with, and understanding of, a IT contracts

·       Demonstrated track record in generating cost take out from long term contractual relationships

·       Ability to create and execute long term supplier strategies

·       Ability to extract long term value and innovation from our key IT suppliers

·       Experience of working with and developing SRM programs that are aligned to the different criticality and complexity of the various supplier engagements

·       Competence and experience to manage major SRM programs, both Risk and Relationship management

·       Strong project management skills

·       Strong business, strategic and tactical skills (ability to interpret information, draw conclusions, assess implications and build strategies/solutions)

·       Strong negotiation skills and legal knowledge in contract creation & management

·       Strong focus on delivery

·       University degree, MSc or lawyer, preferably with a focus on purchasing or other academic qualifications / experience relevant to the service

·       Minimum 5 plus years of relevant work experience within Sourcing

·       Willingness to travel abroad

·       Fluency in professional command of English

·       Skilled in MS Office

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills
