We are a Tourism Software & Technology company in Tourism Industry and we would like to grow our team with experienced professionals.

We are currently seeking  a Business Solutions Manager.

• More than 7 years of experience
• Graduated from Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments of universities,
• Excellent command of English, Russian is a plus
• Knowledge in IT and Software project management flows in software sector
• Experience in software and integration projects Management
• Knowledge of JIRA Atlassian software for managing software projects, planning and reporting software projects by using JIRA is a plus
• Experience with test terminologies in software and integration projects
• Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Confluence, etc.) is a plus
• Tourism Indusrty Experience is a plus
• Great skills as a team leader
• Result-oriented, successful in human relations, able to represent company
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No restrictions for travelling

To Support and coordinate IT improvement project activities in line with the project management methodology to achieve successful project delivery

To prepare project schedules and perform project tracking and reporting

To ensure that all required project documentation is completed and up-to-date

To coordinate and control all communication with customers and 3rd parties

To ensure that project team members are kept informed of progress, and stay aligned to the project goals

To gather requirements from business partners and being a bridge between business side and developers in IT department using business analysis methodologies

To understand the requirements and translate those into technical and functional designs

To participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, tracking and fully documenting changes for functional and business specifications.
