We are looking into recruiting an "Export Manager" for our Export Department.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

• University graduates from related departments
• Good command of English. Arabic and French are added advantages
• Good knowledge of international contracts, payment terms, delivery methods, logistics
• Good knowledge of customs legislations, logistics and international transportation processes 
• Good follow-up, reporting and communication skills
• Advanced planning and coordination skills
• Fast and solution-oriented, careful, organized
• Ensuring that the work under his/her responsibility is carried out in a timely manner
• Successful in human relations
• Have problem solving and decision making skills
• Have an analytical mindset and advanced negotiations skills, effective communicator
• Team player
• Having no travel restrictions
• For male candidates, having completed their military duties
• Residing or able to reside in Sakarya

TASK DESCRIPTION

• Managing overseas custom pools, contribute to the expansion of the company's customer portfolio by conducting new market research
• Following, participating, and organizing local and international fairs and exhibitions
• Creating management reports, annual reports, and sectoral reports for the Export Department 
•  Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to achieve operational excellence
• Optimizing existing processes and developing cross-border solutions that add value to the company
• Identifying risks, developing sales strategies
• Following and complying with local and international laws, regulations, customs, and taxes
• Planning the annual international sales strategies and budget, following the targets in line with the plans made
• Ensuring the continuity of customer satisfaction in the current market, to carry out and manage all necessary sales activities for share growth in the particular  market
• Following and managing the unit that deals with all processes of international markets from getting orders to shipping the products
• Inspecting the compliance with brand standards by visiting all regions within the framework of a certain plan
• Supporting the career and professional development of the team you are responsible for, by providing guidance to increase their performance and strengthen their expertise
• Establishing and managing the appropriate organizational structure so that the department you are responsible for can achieve the most effective results
