We are looking for a “Application Specialist” for our client operating in medical device industry.
 
Qualifications:

• Certified Experience Nurse/Technician on Field OR Bachelor’s Degree on relevant Universities,
• Strong proactive learning behavior and motivation
• Excellent command in English (oral & written) and alternatively Arabic
• Clinical experience in clinical setting
• Deep understanding of mechanics and technical elements of the devices
• Problem solving skills
• Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong time management skills with an ability to maintain numerous priorities and meet established deadlines
• Self-motivated, takes on additional responsibilities, and manages priorities with minimal supervision

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide technical and clinical training to customers
• Provide on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers
• Collaborate as appropriate with Field Service Engineers from Technical Services to support clinical sites for new installations and site support and troubleshooting
• Prepare training platform internally & externally on assigned products
• Developing effective, sustainable relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-through skills
• Attending professional conferences, seminars and trainings nationally or internationally
