Export Sales Specialist

We are looking for an "Export Sales Specialist" to join our team to work in our Factory in Dilovasi, Kocaeli

General Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Economics or relavant fields,
• At least 3 years of experience in Export Sales and customer management,
• Experience in expanding customer portfolio,
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Preferably German as a second language,
• No obstacle to travelling abroad,
• Good sales, communication and reporting skills,
• Able to initiate teamwork,
• High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues, 
• Having a sense of detail and the ability to take initiative and responsibility,
• Having a result-oriented manner,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Valid driving license class B and active driver,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Candidates who live or are willing to live in İstanbul/Avrupa or Kocaeli.

Job Description;

• Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the manager to achieve the regional export sales target,
• Maintains regular contact with all international customers through customer visits,  demonstrations and negotiations,
• Service existing accounts, prepares offers, 
• Prepares and analyses reports for customer visits and sales activities,  
• Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor,
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports,
• Focus on market research, finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities, 
• Reporting to Sales Manager.
