QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from related fields such as electrical-electronics, chemistry, biology or environmental sciences of Faculty of Science or Faculty of Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in related positions and departments,
• Advance level in English Language skill,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Experience in product standarts, having knowledge of international quality standards,
• For male candidates, military service must have been completed,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up the new design products and prototypes according to international product standards within the scope of LVD, EMC, ERP, RED.
• Follow up and update the standards and directives, forwarding the information to the relevant units and to keeping it up-to-date on the system.
• Analyzing and reporting affected products and functions in Directive and Standard revisions.
• Follow up the Panasonic standards and regulations, updating the relevant changes and sharing the information with the relevant departments.
• Keeping track of the product documents, revising them and upload to document system.
• Ensuring communication between certification institutions and relevant departments in certification activities, obtaining and sharing the necessary technical files and documents requested by certification institutions bodies from relevant units.
• Transfering the design changes made to the certification institutions, organizing the process in case of test requirement and following the document renewal process.
• Keeping the instructions on product markings up-to-date.
• Participating in factory inspections of certification institutions, sharing communication with relevant departments and activities to improve nonconformities.
• Preparing the technical files consisting of DoC, test report, risk assessment pages of approved products for registration in Panasonic Testing Center system.
• Preparing CE documents and examining, presenting and archiving proof documents of related products.
• Giving internal orientation training about Technical Regulations.
• Creating and following business plans.
• Preparing monthly and annual activity reports related to the department and presenting them to the manager with comments and suggestions.
• Prepare other reports requested by the manager.
