MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adaptation of all global campaign materials related to marketing, PR and VM (ADV, catalogues, folders, POS materials…).
• Creation of graphic layouts for local sales materials.
• Creation of graphic layouts for local VM guidelines.
•  Creation of dedicated layouts for sales, retail and VM meetings.
• Creation of dedicated layouts for set-up of press days.
•  Creation/adaptation of graphic layouts for PANDORA owned media. 
• Graphic support for all departments (especially training, HR, general services).
•  Coordination of all production processes related to marketing and VM materials.
•  Full coordination of graphic and print suppliers.
• Scouting of new graphic and print suppliers. 
• Full coordination of logistics of printed materials.
• Registration of costs in dedicated files, related to graphic productions.
  

Approximately 2/5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, in an international retail/fast fashion/life-style/beauty organization.
