Budget and Reporting Controller

Parıltım Newrest is recruiting a Budget and Reporting Controller in Turkey.

Reporting to the CFO you will be the financial business partner by taking responsibility of monthly reporting, profitability analysis, budget process, month end closing process according to the group guidelines as well as all ad hoc analysis.

As Business Partner you will have a key role in working with non-financial departments to analyze unit profitability, Capex Return on Investment and propose alternative solutions for the daily activities if necessary.

MISSIONS:

·    Have a key role for monthly closing and reporting process in line with group reporting standards

·    Ensure that all financial data entered into the accounting system before monthly report issued to the group and management

·    Actively participate and lead the forecast/budget planning and reporting process

·    Monitoring budgeted vs actualized figures and financial KPI’s for each of the business unit periodically

·    Performing weekly/monthly periodical management reporting, including forecasts

·    Acting as a financial business partner to all non-financial departments to execute and implement the financial mind set in the organization

·    Provide business support to the management and department heads, providing suggestions to achieve the financial goals

·    Regular and ad hoc financial reporting to CFO and Senior Management

PROFILE:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Big4 (Audit and Tax departments)
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Bachelors or Ms in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Result oriented and analytical mindset is needed
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills and an effective team member
