Sales Operations Sr Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related fields (Industrial Design, Interior Architecture)
• Min 5 years of related work experience in the furniture industry
• Sales or sales operations experience in Furniture or HORECA industry preferred
• Ability to read architectural projects
• Participated in international sales and export processes
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (must be highly fluent),
• Fluent French or German preferred
  
• Strong organization, planning, and coordination skills
• Good team player, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Analytical thinking skills and result oriented approach
• Experience with ERP & CRM systems (Canias, Salesforce experience is an asset)
• Must to be  free to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Contacting customers for approved sales orders
• Coordinating relationships between all relevant departments for customers' requests to support direct ongoing sales and after-sales activities
• Contacting specified fabric suppliers to request offer and delivery times
• Delivering exceptional client projects on time and on budget
• Ensuring that necessary export/imports documents are provided by suppliers and customers
• Reviewing and reporting with all relevant departments the production processes of orders
• Obtaining necessary material samples for customers from the factory and ensuring that order approvals are obtained
• Confirming customers' shipping preferences for approved sales orders and providing them with necessary shipping documents
• Reporting weekly production data in coordination with planning and production departments
• Reporting customer feedback and proposing innovative and intelligent action plans to further improve customer service
• Reviewing /optimizing business processes
