Parla specializes in the manufacturing of sophisticated high-quality furniture. Our designers create our collection pieces and work on bespoke projects that represent heritage crafts and materials that stand the test of time.

We are a 3rd generation family business, that runs a 15000 sqm factory housing a team of designers & craftsmen who conceptualise, develop, design, and experiment to produce loose & fixed furniture, wall cladding, case goods, and joinery. 80% of what we manufacture is bespoke, and we are geared mostly towards 4-5+ star hotels and fine dining restaurants. We supply both rooms and suites, as well as public areas for hospitality brands such as The Ritz Carlton, Hilton, Rixos, Swissotel, Ibis, Zuma, Nusret, and export a large part of our production worldwide to creative and visionary projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduated from relevant departments of universities

- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in similar position (+digital marketing)

- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English is a must for this position

- Experience in graphical design applications/programs and MS Office programs

- Can use at least one of the design programs such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop effectively

- Ability to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment, manage multiple and challenging responsibilities, meet urgent deadlines, seek and create new opportunities

- Enthusiastic and an effective team player with a high sense of responsibility

- Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time & work collaboratively with a team

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

- Supporting execution of planned actions in line with the marketing strategy

- Providing visuals, documents and information for the new products to be added to product range

- Take part in the preparation of catalogues and other related printed documents and ensure these are designed, produced and distributed properly

- Providing copy-editing, and formatting assistance on the creation of mailings, website content, and other promotional materials

- Ensuring that all product ranges, information and documents on the website are updated

- Receive offers and support the decision process for supplier selection

- Creating content plans for corporate social media accounts and digital advertisements

- Updating the information on corporate websites and digital applications and managing them in accordance with the corporate identity
