Now, we are seeking a Brand and Segment Management Specialist to join our team!

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree preferably Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering,
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Research
  • Analytical marketing and project management is key; should be able to apply financial disciplines ,
  • End-to-end project management is expected; starting with the initial stratgey, co-creation process with different parties and final analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable in working with numbers as well as communcating with different internal and external parties
  • Ability to develop consumer insight and build a plan based on these insights.
  • Someone who can work as part of a team and with other internal and external functions.
  • Someone who is aware of latest trends and the outside world.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace with shifting priorities; understands how to get work done and meet deadlines in this environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Crafts the mid/long-term strategy for the brand in 40 countries with a clear outlook to the future and a proactive mindset to grow the business and brand,
  • Implements the brand strategies and to carry out all marketing activities including creative process, media planning, budgeting and sales performance tracking for assigned markets and segments under his/her responsibility,
  • Co-creates new communication platforms for the assigned markets and segments; including developing new and unconventional ways of reaching the target consumer
  • Extracts actionable business insights from forward booking and other segment analyses and market researches
  • Manages all the 3rd party relations (creative, digital, media planning, performance, research agencies etc)
  • Plans and follow ups the yearly marketing budget of projects that he/she responsible from
