Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of talent acquisition, employer branding and candidate experience projects
• Advanced experience in recruiting sourcing tools required (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for research, data, and creative approach to sourcing
• Expert level knowledge in candidate attraction and relationship building, and excellent at building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
• Strong process orientation with the goal of implementing or developing best practices into the talent acquisition function
• Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, and who wants to continue to learn and help drive Pegasus recruitment team forward for the future
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
• Self-motivated, strong time management, high attention to details, and organization skills

In this role you will

• Works with senior management, hiring managers, and HRBP team to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies and search assignments
• Increasing the quality of candidate experience by identifying process development opportunities based on feedback from candidates
• Contributing ideas to and actively participating in employer branding efforts
• Proactively build candidate pipelines and manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process and strategies for active and future requisitions
• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas
• Build employer brand through educating candidates about culture and the opportunity during recruitment activities
• Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to enable Pegasus recruitment team, hiring managers and executive leadership team to stay abreast of market conditions
• Ensure sourced candidates are tracked in ATS for reporting and recruiting process tracking
• Follow standard work throughout recruiting process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have a consistent and positive experience with Pegasus recruitment team
