• Lead and direct Technical System Functions in plant
• Planning the optimum maintenance, repair and investment needs of the plant with the relevant departments.
• Manage the maintenance budget of the plant and to ensure that resources are used in line with the plan,
• Coordinating the Plant Recon System and ensuring its continuous development,
• Plant maintenance budget and energy AOP preparation and reporting.
• to approve service, spare part requests with stock code and non-stock code, to follow the conformity of received service and spare parts entries.
• To ensure that spare parts warehouse operations, stock optimization and cost reduction works are managed in accordance with Pepsico rules,
• Preparation of spare parts warehouse AOP,
• Managing utilities operation and repair & maintenance agenda.
• To report unit energy consumption results, energy cost, maintenance budget, stock inventory, labor cost, plant CAPEX budget, contractor costs to the relevant units and ensure that they are realized in their targets.
• Coordinating the Plant Recon System and ensuring its continuous development,
• Managing the Plant PEMM agenda,
• To follow and report on plant sustainability targets and to lead energy efficiency projects.
• Prepares technical specifications for the machines and equipment in the scope of projects and investments,
• Prepares required documentations in order to be approved the investment plan,
• Makes a choice for new machines and equipment,
• Considers the company standards about health and safety, environment and food safety necessities while new investments and works with the other departments about that issues,
• Controls the fixed assets operations for the new machines and equipment to be purchased,
• Researches the new technologies, evaluates the feasibilities for the plant and communicates with the leader team,
• Communicates with the government agencies and improves existing relations,
• Coordinates the contractor companies during new installations,
• Provides health and safety requirements and gives health and safety training to the contractor employees,
• Controls the contractor employees and provides them to follow the environment, food safety, health and safety standards of the company,
• Organizes and helps to take the fixed asset inventory,
• Writes off the unused and unusable equipment with the related procedures and prepares write off list,
• Attends saving projects, autonomous maintenance projects, focused improvements groups and plays active role in that studies,
• Participating in Lean agenda, Standard work projects, Productivity projects and improvement projects in the Plant and taking an active role in related issues.
• Gets permissions for the related projects,

• Areas of responsibility; To ensure compliance with Global, legal and Internal evaluation programs such as GEHSMS, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSSC, AIB.
• Taking an active role in the QCDM, Lean agenda and ensuring that it is applied in the responsibility area.
• Attends the studies related with the health and safety, environment management and food safety systems,
• Ensuring that the subordinate employees work in accordance with the Pepsico culture.
• Follow employees attendance / leave / rest / overtime, etc., listen to their requests and suggestions, inform the HR and Plant Manager when necessary,
• Gives proposal in order to increase the skills, effectiveness, motivations of the direct and indirect reports, plays active role in related social activities and organizations,
• Performs 1:1 and team meetings with direct and indirect reports and gives feedback to the plant manager and other department managers,
• Performs orientation meetings to the new hires with the HR department,
• Manages the Factory Global agenda together with the EHS Manager.
• Ensures all maintenance activities are being performed proper for the ISO 14001 environment management system procedures and directions,
• Follows the environmental management system and Environment legislations in terms of resource utilizations and waste management,
• Communicates with the environment responsible in terms of unsuitable conditions for the environment,
• Perform the duties assigned by the plant manager which included in the role, responsibilities and competences,
• Follows the code of conduct,
• Provide direct supervision to the Maintenance Team to ensure that maintenance activities are executed in a manner which results in improved True Efficiency, safety, quality and continuous improvement of the facility,
• Ensures that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to the production operation and other functions,
• Sets maintenance team performance standards and aligns the organization,
• Coaches and provides constant feedback for development and improved operation,
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner,
• Support Maintenance supervisors to establish effective maintenance Organization and maintenance programs in line with best practices to achieve the target,
