• Lead Production functions in plant
• Lead & manage the "Production shopfloor team" of the Plant
• For each AOP & strat process, make the Overtime and Operating supplies budgets and make suggestions on Production Related Capex budgets, confirm with Production Manager and meet annual and mid-month forecasts.
• As part of those processes, develop best product with minimum production cost & minimum investment with the involvement of logistics and planning team for production planning
• Lead Production Productivity within the agreed phasing & implementation plan to meet the sector target
• Launch the plant scorecard, Measure Up & PBR Report every month
• Leading new line and equipment commissioning's for production by PepsiCo Quality, Food and Health & Safety standards and procedures
• Continuous improvement by developing process to capture ideas to improve sustainability and health & safety
• Communication with other plants and MOS teams to share best practices
• Ensuring food safety on all production lines
• Supporting R&D and Quality teams for new product trials and launches
• Meeting the requirements of GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documentation related with in his/her area of responsible
• Building team spirit among the FLE and also motivating by means of personal involvement
• Leading to the plant LEAN agenda inline with the PepsiCo Europe Strategy
• Ensure that monthly results are reported to local and global database on time properly
• Managing the preparation of all reports including Line efficiency, plant scorecard
• Track Performance in all categories for secondary packaging
• Leading new production material secondary packaging commissionings
• Implement IPS on production lines and track performance
• Lead to the Production Lean Six Sigma projects for continuous improvement
• Leading the QCDM meetings wih his/her teams for all production lines
• Planning and enforcement of the vacation of front line employees
