BS degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and / or MBA degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, Oracle/SAP
Proven Operating Business Partner experience / depth &breadth of capability in Supply Chain

As a member of the E2E Partners Team, SC Finance Business Partner is expected to have an impact on the financials and value realisation of the Turkey Supply Chain Move through their business partnership to SC LT.

• Partnering SC LT on Business Development activity including Transformation, Capex, Productivity
• Ensure deliver of in year results as well as setting up multi-year sustainable plans

Accountabilities:

• Business Partnering Activity to drive value realisation in BU & Sustainable year-on-year reductions in cost / increase in ROIC
  • Partnership to E2E BU Business partner lead and SC LT on Transformational Productivity Projects (Atlantic)
  • Partnership to E2E BU Business partner lead and SC LT on Business Dev Analysis (Benchmarking, "what if" analysis, financially modelling)
  • Partnership to E2E BU Business partner lead and SC LT on Major Capex Investment proposals / Capcom discussions
• Partner with SC E2E Leader's team on Trade-off & Task management as part of Move AOP sign off
• Partner with SC E2E Leader's team on delivery of BU Move budget
  • Evaluate Move Performance/ Liaise with SCF Planning Leads and identify any trends that need further performance analysis and intervention
  • Lead deep-dives to fully understand and address performance issues
  • Provide input and recommendations on trade-off within BU, budget transfers, opportunity/risk management, tasks, etc.
• Capital project oversight. Ensure with support of E2E BU Business partner lead the proper business cases are developed, and review soundness of financial models; probe for alternatives; make recommendations to Sr Leadership.
