Financial Planning Manager - Corporate

İŞ TANIMI

• Keeping pace with the constantly changing environment and preparing plans and forecasts to reflect these changes and must have in depth knowledge of the company and the industry to be able to identify the risks and opportunities and be able to communicate them effectively,
• Working closely with other related departments to drive growth and act proactively to run the scenarios and get the right decisions from Leadership Team,
• Coordination of all data flow for AOP's, Monthly Forecasts processes among various functions in the company and within planning department,
• Analysis of actual profit vs. AOP/Fcst/YAGO,
• Update CFO Weekly about month profit status to discuss with Turkey LT,
• Preparation of IR steps within IS&OP,
• Leading monthly rolling forecast process within planning every month, present to Leadership Team and get their alignment,
• Managing & preparing total company profit/margin to deliver its profit target, closely track profit and take corrective action on timely basis,
• Leading actual monthly closing meeting,
• All sector reporting, Rolling Fcst/AOP template preparation with quality explanation and provide deep analysis to Sector Finance,
• Leading HFM submission during Monthly Rolling Fcst and AOP,
• Leading IPT submission of AOP PH1 / PSP,
• Governing segment profitability process within planning in order to deliver channel/brand profitability details,
• Responsible for financial monitoring, budgeting and guidance of the Other I/E,
• Leading/Governing Turkey productivity agenda,
• Communicating AOP targets for productivity to all related parties / Share calendar for productivity,
• Partnering with Turkey Leadership Team, productivity leaders and sector productivity teams in order to ensure delivery of productivity savings and communicates new tasks/initiatives,
• Coordinates and Leads monthly Productivity Council as part of IS&OP proces to discuss performance, opportunities and risks,
• Responsible for consolidation and reporting of productivity savings of Direct Cost, Make, Move, Sell and G&A in PowerSteering (PS) tool.
