We are looking for a  Career Kitchen Young Talent for Supply Chain as a part of Career Kitchen programme at Perfetti Van Melle - Istanbul with following qualifications:

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or fresh graduates from relevant departments (preferably Engineering, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or Logistics)
• Organization and analytical thinking ability
• Flexible, creative, team worker and passionate
• Able to work min. 3 days in a week 
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Good command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good communication and organization skills
• Willingness and potential for learning & development

Basic Responsibilities

• Collect necessary information from Planning department (MRP), SAP (stock levels, open orders, Component codes, last stock entry dates ), Finance (value of write off cost), artwork coordination (TFNM) and Purchasing department (suppliers’ on hand stock)
• Analyze all these data for each export country and determine slow moving and obsolete SKUs separately with country detail
• Blockage management of Slow moving and obsolete SKUs daily and work so closely with Customer service department
• Send mail to each countries’ supply chain contacts and explain each slow moving and obsolete SKUs’ situation
• Collect each countries’ supply chain people’s feedbacks and archive each SKUs’ situation
• Prepare ADF for each countries monthly (If write off cost decision is taken) and send to related countries
• Inform logistic, quality and finance departments about destructions and follow it until destruction is finished
• Responsible for “write off” KPI
