Petrol Ofisi traditionally maintains its titles as “the leader of fuel sector in Turkey”, “the market leader of lubricants and chemicals in Turkey”, and “one of the two biggest private companies of Turkey.” Today, Petrol Ofisi has a strong and unparalleled infrastructure in Turkey, consisting of more than 1.700 fuel stations, more than 1.400 village pumps, 9 fuel terminals, 3 LPG terminals, 20 airport refueling units, 1 lubricant factory, and approximately 1.1 million m3 of storage capacity.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who has the following qualifications to join our Human Resources team in our Headquarters:

• Preferably BS degree in Engineering,
• Labor Law knowledge,
• Advanced English skills,
• No obstacle for traveling. Ability to travel to terminals and lubricants plant on a planned basis,
• Understanding of PO business model and value chain with at least one year of tenure within our company,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook,
• Proactive, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused, strong in teamwork and collaboration,
• Male candidates with no military obligation,
 • Analytical and goal oriented,
• Having a valid driving license

SUMMARY

We are looking for an HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations for our "Operations Workgroup" (Lubricants factory and terminals)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborates with HR CEO’s ( Talent Acquisition, Talent Management / Learning & Development, etc.) and HR Operations Team to ensure effective development and execution of company-wide programs and initiatives.
• Drive manager accountability for effectively fulfilling the Role of the Manager (hiring, development, performance management, succession and talent management, training, etc.).
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and retention.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to show the health of the business as it relates to retention, promotion, quality of hires, diversity, etc.
• Serve as a change management leader, effectively preparing managers and leaders to drive change
• Participate in and/or lead specific projects, as assigned
