We are looking for Lubricant Quality Specialist who has the following qualifications to join our team in our Derince location:

• BA Degree in Engineering
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Fluent in English
• C degree work health safety specialist certification & quality lead auditor certification
• Able to use MS Office apps professionally
• Strong Communication Skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Creative, result oriented and proactive
• Excellent team player
• Problem-solving and effective use of decision-making tools
• Good presentation skills

JOB PURPOSE

Developing inspection plans based on review of customer specifications, writing inspection procedures, monitoring manufacturing processes, mentoring other employees and implementing company Q-HSSE procedures. Responsible to support the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Q-HSSE Management System for all functions within POAS Lubricant Unit. Q-HSSE Specialist will support all functions to ensure application and execution of Compliance Obligations with all interested parties including quality agreements, legal requirements, POAS Policies, Employees Safety, Quality of work and Client requirements. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality 

• Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications 
• Coordination of lubricant specific standards such as TSE and ISO 
• Ensuring that Quality System is in place and completing the necessary requirements and activities related with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 systems and tracking related activities. 
• Preparation of all the necessary documentation for IATF 16949 Quality System by coordinating each department, preparing company for audits and certification
  
• Organizing and managing internal & external audits 
• Preparation of Business Unit specific procedures in coordination with related departments 
• Organizing and monitoring of Corrective & Preventive Actions 
• Training and supporting of all departments about Document and Action Tracking Systems (QDMS & Ensemble) 
• Reporting, analyzing and monitoring nonconformities to all interested parties 
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures 
• Reporting and monitoring of process defect and minimizing the amount of defect in coordination with related departments 
• Determining Quality related training needs& organizing related trainings 
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality 
• Monitoring production, logistic and supply chain performance 
• Follow-up of division specific KPIs
  
  Health , Safety, , Security and Environment
  

• Ensuring that POAŞ Lubes Plant is working in compliance with local HSSE regulations.
• Controlling quality of services, certifications, accreditations about contracted activities and ensuring that all relevant documents are in place.
• Coordinating work permit activities and Log out-Tag procedures in Lubes Plant. Performing field controls, following status of open work permits and closing them properly. 
• Implementing and coordinating Management of Change System procedures and keeping related MOC logs. 
• Coordinating MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) files communications and related updates in Lubes Plant. 
• Preparing Process Safety procedures, revising and giving or coordinating the necessary trainings to the relevant workers. 
• Preparing and implementing procedures. 
• Planning the HSSE risk analysis, participating to them. Coordinating the risk analysis plans with support and supervision of Corporate HSSE Department. 
• Preparing critical equipment list, planning and ensuring their maintenance. Coordinating preventive maintenance system, supporting in minimizing maintenance expenses and increasing efficiencies. 
• Tracking hazardous wastes, following and keeping waste treatment systems records, ensuring that legal declarations are properly done. 
• Keeping HSSE KPIs and entering related data to the POAŞ system. 
• Communication with necessary authorities.
