QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Trade and Business Administraiton)
• Having knowledge in Foreign Trade Legislation & Custom Legislation
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Should be able to speak advanced level of English (second language is asset)
  
• Strong analytical thinking ability and planning skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Competent in teamwork
• No restriction of travelling
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supportive and operational responsibilities in Export operations of the company
• Preparation of legal documentation to be fully compliant with Export legislations and laws
• Works in full coordination and alignment with other function
• To give back up service for daily operational issues to Region Managers
• Follows up of customers on daily basis in regards to orders, shipments, payments and service matters and periodicly report them within department and company
• Preparation of quotation and tender documents
• Seek out new bussiness opportunities, arrange sampling deliveries to candidate countries
• To assist Turquality project from documentation point of view in coordination with different internal & external functions
