JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create and follow up demands in SAP.
• Create purchasing orders in SAP, forwarding relevant form to suppliers and receiving an approval from suppliers.
• Monitor leadtimes, quantities, deliveries of purchasing orders.
• Manage contract processes and taking an active role.
• Ensuring a good communication between suppliers and departments in the procurement process.
• Preparing purchasing documents, keeping records and approvals received from supplier, submitting to relevant departments if necessary.
• Preparing relevant reports in weekly, monthly and annual basis.
• Look for alternative/ approved suppliers in line with company material requirements if necessary.
• Ensuring active supplier management.
• Selection and development of service providers.
• Development and implementation of purchasing strategies with internal inter-functional coordination.
• Researching cost improvement opportunities, seeking alternative resources.
• Ensuring strategic partner management.
• Drafting, negotiating and finalizing the scope of agreements for the PFW Group.
• Control and follow-up of procurement processes.
• Working closely and coordination with user.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or MSC degree in related department.
• Very good command of verbal and written English is must.
• Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing process.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM) would be an asset.
• Having knowledge about procurement process.
• Technical background regarding purchasing process.
• Having a strategic perspective.
