Turnover Package Engineer

It creates an "improvement synergy" with all its companies and draws its strength from this synergy. In this direction, we are looking for a teammate who will take part in the position of "TurnOver Package Engineer" in our project, which will accompany us on the improvement path.

Tasks & Responsibilities

This involves, but is not limited to the following items:

? Make sure that the personnel assigned to him/her and himself/herself are fully acquainted with the corporate directives, site-specific rules, safety regulations and environmental protection measures and that they perform their work accordingly.

? Reviews the complete TOP documentation provided by the Commissioning Technology Group and makes updates or corrections to the before mentioned documentation according to the commissioning needs on site.

? Set up and maintain the TOP tool.

? Implements a TOP progress control tool and updates this on a weekly base.

? Informs the PTW Engineer about each package turned over to commissioning. Reviews periodically the schedule of the system TOPs together with the COMM and OCM/CM and the site planner. Provides periodically information to keep the schedules updated.

? Checks together with the ComLe’s and CM’s early in advance the completeness of each package in the field before each turnover.

? Makes invitations to turnover walk downs to all involved parties.

Key Performance Indicators

•                 • Turnover of system executed as per MTS

•                 • Clear reporting regularly updated

•                 • Fair assessment of dispute between construction and commissioning teams

•                 • Compilation of quality document done on time (STS)

•                 • Good communication with the site management
