GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

General Qualifications:

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities (preferably with a master's degree),
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector and at least 2 years of experience in managerial positions in the international sales,
  • Proficient in advanced-level English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • No restrictions on international travel,
  • Experienced in driving, driving licence is a must,
  • Completion of military service for male candidates,
  • Residing in Istanbul (preferably on the European side).



Job Description:

  • Monitor the development of competitor products in international markets at a global level, determine international markets’ targets based on developments, and develop strategies to achieve these targets; plan sales activities in line with approved strategies, prepare budgets, and implement them.

  • Conduct external market research for Polifarma products in line with the company's medium and long-term international markets’ goals and plans; evaluate the market potential for Polifarma Pharmaceutical products in countries, global competitive conditions, political, economic advantages, and disadvantages; researching findings and recommendations.
  • Develop projects to enhance Polifarma Pharmaceutical's competitiveness, strengthen the company's image abroad, increase demand for its products, develop sales approaches, and conduct cost-benefit evaluations.
  • Enhance relationships with existing distributors and expand business volume; find profitable and high-potential distributors for long-term collaboration in new markets.
  • Ensure that export transactions comply with relevant legal regulations and current procedures in the most effective and economical manner.
  • Monitor legal regulations related to the export of medical products, export incentive measures, and changes in this field closely; researching positive and negative developments that may affect export policies.
  • Ensure that the desires and expectations of customers are fully met by conducting regular and special visits to foreign customers; establish contact with customer companies in case of problems that may arise regarding the quality, quantity, price, and delivery process of exported products and ensure that the problem is resolved in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
  • Create corporate and foreing trade awareness about international markets’ of Polifarma for long term collaboration with government authorities in existing and new markets.
