This position carries out the planning of the maintenance, repair and periodic controls of the machinery and equipment within the company and making them in accordance with the plan, keeping them ready for use, determining the deficiencies with monthly controls, completing the missing equipment for repair and maintenance, making them ready for use, and eliminating the machine malfunctions. Potantiel candidate is responsible for the procurement and design of new equipment suitable for the process needs and making them ready for production by commissioning.

Main Responsibilities and Objectives:

• To ensure that safety precautions are taken before starting the maintenance of machinery and devices,
• Checking the records of the malfunctions detected in the machines and automation system,
• To develop and implement the production machines are checked at specified periods, to make daily, weekly and quarterly maintenance plans for the machines that are working every day.
• To make the necessary guidance and organization to eliminate the malfunctions that may occur during Installation, Maintenance and Repair as soon as possible and at the most affordable cost.
• Minimizing malfunctions and taking necessary measures,
• Reviewing expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance activities,
• Ensuring the commissioning of the relevant equipment after maintenance and repair and archiving the reported documents
• Supervision of service providers for maintenance of the existing plant, installation and commissioning of new equipment and processes,
• Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and facility,
• Supervising the circulation of parts and materials required for maintenance and repair, supplying missing materials,
• Supervising the continuous controls and cleaning of equipment such as compressed air containers, compressor, hot water boilers, generators, electrical panels in the facility,
• Creating an annual maintenance plan and possible budget and presenting it to the Sİte Manager,
• To follow the changes and innovations in the sector Training maintenance workers to meet future job requirements,
• To comply with occupational health and safety regulations and rules, to ensure that the personnel working under them

Requirement:

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities, preferably Mechanical Engineering,
• At least 3 years of experiences in the process and maintenance at repair departments of chemical plants,
• Being able to use Autocad and Solidworks Programs, knowladge Simatic Manager System and and SAP Program is a big plus.
