QUALIFICATIONS

• Having at least 2 years of experience as an Information Technologies / IT Specialist,
• Experienced in the hardware of Servers, Desktops and Laptops
• Experienced in IT hardware (computer printer scanner projection mobile device etc.) institutions,
• TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VLAN, etc. Having knowledge on the subjects and being able to troubleshoot network problems,
• IP Camera, face scanning devices, switchboard etc. Knowledgeable about weak current systems,
• Systematic solution oriented, following technology and innovations,
• Good level of english

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing system support to users in our company,
• Performing and supporting the installation and configuration settings of computers and peripheral units,
• Will follow up on computer hardware and software needs,
• Will follow the installation, adjustments and periodic maintenance activities of computer hardware,
• Carrying out all monitoring, problem management and solution activities to ensure that the systems operate uninterruptedly 24*7,
• Providing remote/on-site solutions to reported problems and requests by providing first-level technical support,
• To carry out personnel inventory delivery and inventory tracking
• Implementation of security measures and taking precautions against security threats
• Managing data backup and data recovery processes
