QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY ACTIVITIES


Your role as a Business Development Manager will be to identify new sales leads in collaboration with the marketing department. As well as to offer our company's world-renowned services and expertise to new contacts, and to maintain a good working relationship with new clients.  


You will oversee new business ventures, provide training and information regarding services that our company will deliver to clients, improve brand name recognition and demonstrate competence in the world of Health & Safety, Sustainability, Security and Quality. You will be responsible for finding and developing new business opportunities.


This role revolves around good communication and your duties will include:


    o Following up new business leads and setting up meetings, contracting new products.

    o Planning and preparing presentations 

    o Communicating new product developments to prospective clients 

    o Overseeing the development of marketing literature

    o Writing reports

    o Providing management with feedback



REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

B Driving license

Capable to travel (national and international)


Educational Requirements:

Secondary school level qualifications

University degree a plus



Minimum experience in this or a similar position:

Minimum 4 years


Languages:

Turkish native

High level of English

High level of Spanish (optional, be a plus)

Other languages a plus


Desirable:

Experience in the Tourism industry

Experience in Sales and Marketing

Experience on contracting hotels and hotel chains
