M&A Tax Senior Consultant

- Bachelors degree from a reputable university of business administration, accounting, economics or other related field;
- Advanced Knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation
- Experience of at least 3-4 years in an accounting/tax consultancy firm
- Exposure to international tax issues
- Experience in M&A process, tax structuring on the deals
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must
- Ability to be detail oriented, coordinate tasks and projects;
- Having passed the Turkish CPA apprenticeship exam or getting an Turkish CPA is an asset
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Good communicator
- Ability to make deadlines under pressure.
- Multi-tasking abilities and hands-on style
- Dedicated, hard worker
 

İŞ TANIMI

Working in the team of International Tax Services and M&A as senior consultant, the candidate will be responsible of:  

- Providing services in international tax services and M&A projects.

- Reporting the analysis, findings, opinions related to the projects involved to the responsible tax manager or tax partner
