• Bachelor's degree or above Mechanical Engineering departments,
• Fluent in english,
• Preferably 5 years experiences or above in product development, better if experienced in house appliances. 
• Can use Creo at a good level
• Can adapt to flexible working hours,
• Will be able to work at an intensive business pace, 
• Can reside / be able to reside in Eskişehir.
• Perform mechanical design of washing appliances, 
• Experienced about plastic parts & Sheet metal parts.
• Analyze marketing benchmark samples, collect washing product technical development trend, 
• Perform product performance and quality improvement projects, 
• Perform cost down projects, 
• Support new project launching,
