GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from the Industrial Engineering departments of universities,

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position,

Previous experience working in a production environment (For newly graduated candidates: candidates considering a career in production and open to learning),

Knowledge of English ,

Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems (preferably familiar with Nebim V3),

Good level of MS Excel and reporting skills,

Willing to work in the field and dynamic,

Strong planning, organization, and reporting skills,

Team-oriented, successful in interpersonal relations, and strong communication skills,

Systematic, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective time management,

Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor the daily workflow of field operations together with the planning team,

Take an active role in production/operations processes,

Ensure tasks progress on time and accurately,

Identify disruptions in the field and develop solution proposals,

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and present them to managers,

Carry out improvement activities aimed at increasing efficiency,

Ensure field coordination in production.
