OTR & Agro Business Manager

PROMETEON TURKEY

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in related functions

Minimum 8 years of area sales management experience, especially on OTR & Agro products

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Good command of MS Office applications

Military service should be completed/ exempt for male candidates

Living or willing to live in Istanbul

İŞ TANIMI

Sales to Customers

Build and strengthen relationships with customers, especially with loyal long-term customers in order to increase company share

Develop business by increasing customer base, also developing new/non-traditional channels on the market

Carry out negotiations and sales activities, agreeing with them volumes, conditions of sale (price, terms of delivery, terms of payment) in order to achieve the targets in terms of profit, volumes, product mix, revenues

Implement the promotional campaigns and support the trade & consumer marketing activities in the managed sales zone (included training initiatives addressed to the customer)

Planning & Reporting

Monitor and report the activities and strategies of the competitors in the assigned sales territory

Provide reliable forecasting in order to maximize the service level reducing logistic costs

Demand Planning

Assure a reliable forecasting on product needs by Typology/Geographical area in the related Business/Region/Country
