QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer as a part of our core team with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field,
  • A Master Degree in marketing or similar relevant field,
  • 15 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising,
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing manager or business development role,
  • Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords,
  • Background in business development and brand-based initiatives as well as extensive experience leading innovative marketing and communications programs,
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills with the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organization,
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels,
  • Having a vision and strategic planning skills,
  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis and interpretation,
  • A leader with innovative thinking,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • “Listen” to the trends of the hospitality market and define marketing strategies to support the Protel Group Companies overall strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and lead the execution of integrated B2B growth strategy aimed at achieving low-cost new customer acquisition, high retention rates among the new customers, etc., across both traditional and digital channels where applicable.
  • Identify each and every growth opportunity both locally and internationally on every possible platform to push the brand forward.
  • Expand and diversify Protel Group Companies digital channels (SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Video, Voice, etc.) and religiously monitor their performances.
  • Determine KPIs for marketing department.
  • Align strategic initiatives with all internal departments and stakeholders from product teams to sales teams.
  • Closely work with supply, merchandising, product, and others in executing marketing campaigns and tracking customer journeys to create a feedback loop to improve our services and product offerings.
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”.
  • Establish and manage a strong channel partner program both nationally and internationally to grow Protel Group Companies installed customer base while keeping our expansion costs in check.
