We are seeking an experienced Customs & Logistics Manager to oversee customs compliance, bonded zone operations, and international logistics for our Turkey manufacturing facility. This role will ensure efficient import/export operations, optimize supply chain performance, and maintain full compliance with Turkish and international trade regulations while supporting global business operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the daily supervision and management of warehouse receiving, shipping, storage, returns, and transfer operations, ensuring that inventory records match physical stock.

2. Develop and execute warehouse work plans; allocate human resources reasonably to ensure that all daily orders are shipped accurately and on time.
3. Supervise and implement 6S management in the warehouse (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), keeping the warehouse neat and aisles clear and unobstructed.
4. Establish and improve inventory management systems; organize regular stocktaking (monthly/quarterly/annual), analyze inventory discrepancies, and propose improvement plans.
5. Monitor inventory turnover rate; provide early warnings and report abnormal stock to management, optimize inventory structure.
6. Continuously optimize warehouse operation processes (SOPs) and utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) functions to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
7. Control warehouse operating costs, including labor costs, consumables costs, and equipment maintenance costs; prepare budgets and supervise their execution.
8. Plan warehouse storage locations rationally to maximize warehouse space utilization.
9. Responsible for recruiting, training, evaluating, and motivating the warehouse team, and building a talent pipeline to foster a positive team atmosphere.
10. Develop and enforce warehouse safety management policies (fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention); conduct regular safety inspections and hazard checks to eliminate safety incidents.

11. Supervise the standardized operation and routine maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
12. Coordinate with procurement, production, planning, logistics carriers, and other relevant departments to resolve operational exceptions.
13. Cooperate with the Finance department on inventory asset accounting and audit work.

Job Requirements

1. Language: Fluent in Turkish; English is adapt to daily working communication;
2. Strong comprehensive management and coordination skills; familiar with logistics operations and planning management workflows.
3. Familiar with production processes, procedures, and their working principles.
4. Familiar with production regulations and quality standards; possess solid management knowledge and systematic production management skills.
5. Good professional ethics, communication skills, and management awareness; conscientious and responsible at work, with strong teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.
