Senior Web Analyst - Technology & Analytics Team

 • Google Analytics minimum 2 years experience. 

• Auditing and troubleshooting data layer. 

• Implementing and troubleshooting tags in GTM. 

• Advanced Google Tag Manager skills. 

• HTML/CSS/Javascript. 

 Required Skills:

• JavaScript 

• Tag Management Experience (Google Tag Manager) 

• Strong organizational skills. 

• Curiosity & eagerness to learn.  

• Self-learner, researcher. 

• Great problem solving and troubleshooting skills

 Preferred Skills: 

• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Hadoop or other big data platforms 

• Prior work with Optimizely and/or Google Optimize 

• Prior work with Tableau or DataStudio  

Job Description: 

 • Technical owner for Google Analytics accounts and the associated tag manager. 

 • Working with our projects to ensure web analytics tools are optimised to meet our demands. 

 • Developing a suite of insight dashboards and reports within Google Analytics for enterprise level clients. 

 • Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources such as CRM, Analytics and Google Cloud Platform - BigQuery. 

 • Lead stakeholder training on Google Analytics across various levels. 

 • Integrate GA with other systems. 

 • Help implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) & be the point of contact for any issues. 

 • Analyse customer behaviour, conversion data & customer journeys through funnel analysis. 

 • Understand and deploy integrations between analytics platforms and external data from custom systems, affiliate networks, advertising networks, custom CRMs, raw data, etc. 

 • Work with a lot of different teams internally including Marketing, Data Science and Engineering. 

 • Provide tier-one troubleshooting for data issues and investigations.
