      The Reservation Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the reservation process, ensuring efficient and effective coordination of reservations for the organization. They are responsible for managing a team, optimizing reservation systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·         A Bachelor degree in Tourism Hotel.

·         At least three years experience in the field.

·         Fluent level of English language is required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job.

·         Advanced skills in various computer software and Opera knowledge.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, cooperate and relate well with all departments within the hotel, guests, and all external companies.

·         Team player qualities.

·         Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks.

·         Self-motivated

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Complete responsibility of Leading Quality Assurance guidelines.

·         Execute direct sales, thereafter following up on the payments.

·         Execute sales via phone and e-mail.

·         Register the reservations in the system accurately.

·         Prepare reservation statistics and to submitting them to superiors.

·         Follow up on the guests transfer date and time.

·         Handles all special requests appropriately.

·         Check the reservations registered during the shift and performing studies in order to ensure that all reservations are registered accurately.

·         Assures that the reservation agents obey the hotel rules, shift schedules.
