About Job

Job Responsibilities 

1. Customer and Channel Visits (Owners & Installers): 

Responsible for regular follow-ups and frequent on-site visits to estate and commercial property owners (e.g., high-energy-consuming factories, commercial parks, etc.) and local new energy/power installation contractors (EPCs) within the target region. 

Through consistent interaction and care, enhance customer loyalty and trust in the company’s brand. 

 2. Demand and Electricity Data Research: 

Identify and record the core needs of customers in energy usage and cost control. 

Accurately collect detailed electricity consumption information from customers (including historical electricity bills, multi-time/single-time usage habits, peak-valley pricing models, etc.) and basic information about on-site power distribution facilities, providing accurate first-hand data support for internal project design and ROI calculations. 

 3. Customer Complaint Response and Pain Point Resolution: 

Act as a communication bridge between customers and the company’s internal technical/business teams, keenly identifying and collecting customer concerns and pain points encountered during the early project consultation, implementation of solutions, or daily operations. 

Promptly and accurately relay issues to internal teams, coordinate resources to drive issue resolution, and ensure customer demands are addressed as quickly and effectively as possible. 

 4. Market Intelligence and Policy Collection: 

Collect the latest updates on the local estate and commercial energy storage market, competitor movements, and changes in business models during routine visits. 

Pay attention to and gather market feedback on local grid connection processes, unlicensed power generation, and other relevant energy policies. 

 Qualifications and Requirements 

1. Industry Background and Experience:  

1-3 years or more of experience in sales, business development (BD), or customer success. 

Preferred candidates with a background in new energy (energy storage, photovoltaics), power equipment, estate automation, or those with local estate and commercial owner and installer channel resources. 

 2. Professional and Business Skills: 

Possess a keen business sense and excellent information-gathering abilities. 

Able to understand basic estate and commercial electricity bills, have a basic understanding of electricity, and accurately interpret and convey complex electricity usage patterns and customer needs. 

 3. Communication and Language Skills: 

External communication: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to quickly build trust with owners and installers from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in Turkish and English, capable of conducting in-depth business discussions without language barriers. 

Internal reporting: Strong logical summarization skills, able to proficiently use English or Chinese for internal reporting and data feedback. 

 4. Overall Competence and Work Attitude: 

Possess a certain level of customer service awareness and a problem-solving mindset, with strong stress tolerance. 

Have good self-motivation and time management skills, and be able to adapt to a high-frequency schedule of local visits, on-site inspections, and fieldwork. 

 

Plus Points: * Candidates familiar with local estate and commercial electricity market trading rules or relevant grid connection approval processes will be given priority consideration.
