We are looking for a highly skilled and strategicData Center Engineering Operation (Electrical/HVAC) to oversee our critical facilities and supplier operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24/7 stable operation of our data center power, HVAC, and BMS systems while meticulously managing third-party vendors against strict SLAs. 

If you hold a degree in Electrical or HVAC Engineering, possess a strong analytical mind for energy efficiency, and have the leadership skills to guide both internal teams and external suppliers, we offer a dynamic environment where your technical expertise will drive global impact.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of the data center supplier , and ensure that the supplier complies with the service level agreement (SLA).

2. Review and optimize O&M plan for data center power system/HVAC/BMS system

3. Analyze energy usage data and make optimization recommendations to improve data center energy efficiency

4. Coordinate and promote the supplier to implement equipment inspection and preventive maintenance

5. Review fault reports and monitor the fault handling process and results of the supplier.

6. Participate in the development of data center infrastructure upgrades and expansion plans

7. Review the operation and maintenance SOP of the supplier and provide improvement suggestions.

8. Ensure 24/7 stable operation of the data center and supervise the emergency response measures of the supplier

9. Manage the internal O&M team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.

10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the data center meets business needs

Job requirements:

1. English skill is a must.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering is preferred.

3. At least 1 year of experience in data center O&M domain.

4. In-depth knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC systems operating principles and best practices, and familiarity with autoCAD

5. Relevant professional qualifications (such as electrical engineer, HVAC engineer, etc.) will be a bonus.

6. Familiarity with data center industry standards and regulations.

7. Excellent supplier management capability.

8. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

9. Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills

10. Able to work under certain pressure and respond quickly in emergency situations

11. Able to handle occasional on-call tasks.
