Position Overview

We are seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to join Huawei technical sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates looking to build a career at the intersection of technology and business development. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills required to bridge the gap between our IT Storage Solutions and our clients' business needs. You will work closely with Account Managers and senior technical staff to support the sales cycle from initial presentation to solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Shadowing: Accompany Account Managers on client meetings to understand customer needs and provide foundational technical support.

• Solution Design Assistance: Partner with internal subject matter experts to learn how to design end-to-end technical solutions based on client requirements.

• Presentations & Demonstrations: Assist the sales team by preparing and delivering technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Proof-of-Concept Development: Support the technical sales process by helping build and configure proof-of-concepts as required.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up communication with clients post-sale to support relationship building and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Professional Development: Proactively maintain and expand your technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, achieving certifications, and reviewing vendor publications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Foundational Knowledge: A well-rounded conceptual understanding of core IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networking, cloud concepts, or hardware).

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong orientation toward customer service and problem-solving.

• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Preferred (But Not Required): Academic exposure, internships, or certifications related to Storage Systems, Backup Systems, Virtualization, NAS, SAN, or Cloud Infrastructure.
