We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to join our growing organization operating in the chemical industry, with integrated manufacturing, distribution, and international trade operations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Import & Export Operations, preferably within the chemical industry.

* Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including import, export, procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.

* Hands-on experience with international transportation, freight management, customs operations, and bonded warehouse processes.

* Proven experience in demand planning, inventory analysis, and coordinating product replenishment.

* Experience with ERP systems; SAP Business One experience is highly preferred.

* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

* Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence projects.

* Strong interest in automation, AI technologies, and digital supply chain solutions.

* Fluent English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers, logistics partners, and customers on a daily basis.

* Strong analytical thinking, planning, organizational, and coordination skills.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

* A proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset.

Job Description

* Manage the company’s end-to-end import and export operations, from order placement through final delivery.

* Analyze customer demand and coordinate product replenishment and supply planning accordingly.

* Coordinate import activities based on domestic customer requirements.

* Manage export customer orders, including documentation, shipment planning, customs processes, and final product delivery.

* Plan and coordinate international freight operations while optimizing transportation costs.

* Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and bonded warehouses.

* Ensure timely information flow with the Finance department regarding procurement activities, payment schedules, import costs, and operational expenditures.

* Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

* Lead initiatives focused on process optimization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.

* Establish and monitor Supply Chain KPIs while driving operational excellence.

* Contribute to the development and future structure of the company’s Supply Chain organization.
